Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your bed leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 3-6 business days depending on your location.

Order tracking

Track your order any time on our Order Tracking page using the number in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once the correct address is confirmed.
